I love to blog....I also want to have a personal blog. I know it is kind of dorky, but I am pretty serious about having a serious blog. Something that I will be able to bring in some small income from advertising. It can be done with enough determination. The problem is that I have a problem. I can't figure out for the life of me what the subject material of my blog will be. If you have any ideas please comment and let me know.
Conference was great! My favorite is always Elder Holland. He is so powerful and is not afraid to tell it like it is, and for all of those who know me....neither am I. This subject has stuck out to me lately because of my vast interest in politics and feeling that I have to speak up and help those that have the same feelings I do. I have wondered the balance between accepting the way people want to be and then not being a push over either. One sentence stuck out to me more than any other during conference. It was given by President Monson. In the priesthood session he said, and I don't remember word for word, often the worst sin of today is hidden in the halloween mask of tolerance. I realized that although I need to love my brothers and sisters, I still have the responsibilities to stand up for what is right, and not be tollerant of people's decisions, only for tolerances sake. I would also love feedback on this issue as to what others out there may think about that balance. Well, hope this blog finds you well. Goodnight.
